Experience the highlights of the south on one excursion. We start from Pakse.

Our first highlight is the Bolaven Plateau, with its very own climatic conditions, at about 30 km north-east of Pakse. All year round, day temperatures here range from about to 25 to 29 degrees centigrade. It is substantially cooler compared to the towns and villages in the Mekong Delta. These climatic conditions allow for the cultivation of tea and coffee. Some of the world’s best Arabica variety highland coffee comes from here.

The area also offers some unique beauty spots, such as some of southern Laos’ most spectacular waterfalls. A dip in the shallow waters underneath the falls is just perfect to relax.

The second part of our tour will take us upstream, by boat, from Pakse first to Champasak where we will pay a visit to the Wat Phou temple site, which was inscribed on the UNESCO world heritage list in 2001.

The boat also takes us into the area of 4000 islands before we reach the Mekong Falls on the 7th day of our trip. You will experience unique and breathtaking scenery and spend the night at selected hotels that will allow full relaxation in the most pleasant surroundings
